Have you ever considered that consciously or unconsciously on a collective level our human mind is constantly being inundated with a plethora of either negative or positive thought forms. How we process or transform these mind messages can sometimes be quite challenging or even create miracles. Nevertheless if we are feeling unwell or over burdened with problems we sometimes become bogged down with sleeplessness, fear or worry. That is why I totally believe in the healing power of affirmation.
What is an affirmation and how does it work? It is simply a way of re-programming the conscious mind with positive, uplifting and powerfully transforming messages of good intent and purpose.
For example: I AM IN PERFECT HEALTH – I AM SUCCESSFUL –
I AM IN CHARGE OF MY LIFE
– I AM HAPPY, HEALTHY, FULL OF LOVE, LIGHT AND PEACE – I AM WHAT I AM –
These are just a few ideas and you obviously can choose your own affirmations according to how you think feel and act in any situation. Morning, noon and night repeat your affirmation three times, twice out loud and lastly silently. The evening affirmation should be repeated just before sleep as this is a most powerfully effective time. During sleep the affirmation goes deep into the sub-conscious and amplifies its intent.
